Soan Papdi is a popular Indian sweet that originated in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is also known as Patisa or Sohan Papdi in some parts of India.Soan Papdi is made from a combination of besan (gram flour), sugar, ghee (clarified butter), and cardamom powder. The ingredients are mixed together to form a dough, which is then cooked over low heat until it turns golden brown. The dough is then stretched and pulled to create thin strands, which are layered on top of each other to create a flaky texture.
